Are you passionate about quality, technology, and continuous improvement? Syntronic Production Services is now looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to contribute to the highest possible standard in our electronics production – from component level to finished product.

About the role of Quality Engineer

As a Quality Engineer with us, you will have a central role in the company. You will work closely with production, technology, and customer and supplier contacts. Your daily work will vary between urgent problem-solving and long-term improvement work. You are the "spider in the web" ensuring that we deliver the right quality on time.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive investigations into internal and external deviations (NCR). You lead the work with root cause analyses (8D, 5 Why) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Responsible for customer and supplier contacts in quality matters.

  • Preparation of FAI (First Article Inspection) and PPAP documentation. Responsible for the quality aspect during NPI.

  • Proactively work with risk analyses such as P-FMEA to minimize risks in our processes.

  • Plan and participate in testing of electronic products and components.

  • Create and maintain control plans, work instructions, and process descriptions that are easy for operators to understand and follow.

  • Plan, prepare, and participate in internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001/14001/27001). Ensure compliance with other standards/regulations (e.g., IPC, AQAP). You ensure that our management system is alive and updated.

  • Support production daily and train colleagues in quality methods and IPC standards. Work to build a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.

You are part of the quality organization but work cross-functionally with production, purchasing, and the technology department and report to the Production Manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who has a genuine interest in quality and technology and enjoys working closely with both products and people. You are unpretentious and are likely a generalist rather than a specialist in any specific quality area.

We see that you have:

  • Technical education, preferably in electronics, production technology, or quality.

  • Experience in quality work within electronics production or manufacturing industry.

  • Good knowledge of quality tools, measurement methods, and relevant standards.

  • Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to analyze, document, and communicate in a clear and structured way.

It is an advantage if you have experience with IPC standards, supplier audits, product and process testing, or previous work with PPAP and FAI for demanding customers.

With us, you will work in a high-tech environment with engaged colleagues who are passionate about quality and precision. We invest in competence development, collaboration, and long-term thinking – and we believe that high quality starts with people who thrive and develop.

Syntronic offers a secure employment in a dynamic and forward-looking environment. Being a team is our strength, which is why we see that you work together on-site with us at the office – when you are not needed at one of our customers, of course!

We offer

At Syntronic, you will become part of a wonderful community where your voice is heard and your ideas are welcomed. We offer flexible working hours, a balance between work and leisure, as well as regular career development conversations and internal workshops for your development. In addition, you will receive favorable benefits and insurances. With us, you get not just a job - you get a place to grow and thrive both personally and professionally. Welcome to Syntronic!

Application

We look forward to your application, which should reach us no later than January 17. We are working with continuous selection and the position may be filled before the application deadline. During the Christmas and New Year holidays, we have longer response times than usual.

Background checks may occur.

For communication and quality assurance reasons, we ask you to submit your application digitally via our system and not via email.
